Diane is a seasoned CPA with 19 years of experience working with complex tax matters. Diane is currently “retired” but taking on a full workload, and working for Cook CPA Group part time.
Diane will be involved in much of the review of returns and consulting on tax planning. Diane received her Master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and an MBA from the Unviersity of Vermont.
In her non-CPA life, Diane has seved as president of regional coaches organizations, director of several soccer camps and teaching clinics, and has served as Head Coach at several colleges, even earning the prestigous Coach of the Year award by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
