Julie will be discussing legal strategies to manage the inherent risks associated with a horse business to help prevent and/or minimize legal challenges that you face daily in business. She will cover the basics of what a business should have to more complex matters and how working with an attorney can get your business on course.
Julie provides advice and assistance to clients regarding a wide variety of corporate transactional matters including equine syndications, entity formation and corporate maintenance. In addition, Julie assists clients with general business transactions, private placements, asset purchase and sale transactions. Her practice also includes assisting clients with business planning scenarios. She has assisted companies with the negotiation of distribution and marketing agreements, manufacturing agreements, joint venture agreements and development agreements. She also advises clients regarding general corporate matters, including corporate governance.
