Our Speakers Are:

Christian Miller has worked in brand and category management and market research for over two decades. He is the proprietor and director of Full Glass Research, which provides economic and market analysis and advice for food and beverage producers and marketers. Full Glass Research helped launch and continues to advise the Wine Opinions national consumer and trade panels, the leading source of wine market research in the U.S. Christian holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also co-manages the annual OIV Wine Marketing course at UC Davis.

Josh Unfried is CEO at WindFarm Marketing, a California based digital marketing agency powering brands people love. Health and fitness, lifestyle and tech brands have sought his expertise in transitioning from traditional to new media and on deploying digital (inbound-social) strategies that generate high levels of traffic, leads, sales and loyalty. A lively and entertaining speaker, Josh is often asked to speak to large groups looking for clarity in the realm of digital, social and inbound marketing. Associations, companies, trade groups and local chambers have all benefited from his passion for breaking complex things down into simple terms and helping people grow their business online. Hubspot recognized his agency as their Rookie Partner Agency of the Year in 2014 for success in delivering inbound marketing programs.

Tessa Bicard is an Inbound Marketing Consultant at WindFarm Marketing. Specializing in strategic digital marketing consulting for small and midsize brands in the fields of health and fitness and lifestyle, she also has experience in the local boutique wine industry of Placer County. By leveraging the power of online tools and platforms, she helps small companies reach their communities, drive traffic and brand awareness to ultimately improve sales and engagement.
